A building, a student and a place to live.
Studdom connects the dormitory structure with resident records and housing applications. Staff can access rooms, beds, score rules and requests to the warden. The public portal explains the move-in process to students.
From a building to an individual bed.
Dormitories are organised into floors and rooms. An interactive plan shows residential and shared spaces, while a room card lists its beds and residents.

Applications and residents.
Housing applications appear in a register with filters for type, status and year of study. The resident list includes search and accommodation details. Public guidance describes the steps students need to take before moving in.

The administrator dashboard brings the working sections together. A directory contains positive and negative score rules. Requests to the warden are organised by status and categories of everyday housing issues.
