Criteria, evidence and review results.
Faculty work is described through activity areas and indicators. ABU KPI defines achievement levels and evidence requirements for each. A report brings together selected indicators, files and links, while review results show the status of each indicator and its calculated amount.
What counts and how it is supported.
The catalogue groups indicators by activity area and faculty position. Each has a unit of measurement and achievement levels: threshold, target and above target. A separate directory describes supporting materials, from certificates and official orders to DOIs and links.

From a report to each indicator.
The register can be filtered by status, author and date. Report details show the selected indicators and attached evidence. Review results include statuses, the selected achievement level and an amount calculated using a coefficient.

Periods, history and an archive.
The administration section lists submission periods with start and end dates. History shows status changes for a report and its indicators, while the archive is organised by activity area. The register also provides Excel export options by user, activity area and KPI amount.
